YOUR QUESTIONS
What should I wear?
We recommend coming to your couples photoshoot in comfy clothes so we can do your hair and makeup when you arrive. Make sure that no tight clothing or bobbles on the wrist etc. are worn for a few hours before the shoot as these will leave elastic marks on the skin.
We recommend bringing 3 outfits to give yourself variety in your images, so try ranging your looks from casual to more formal. If you’re stuck for ideas, jeans & a white t-shirt is always great for a timeless classic look. We also recommend bringing one that is more fun and which represents your family. This could be based on hobbies, a matching outfit or even pyjamas!
Please make sure all your outfits complement each other, so similar colours, shades & styles. Try to avoid bold prints that clash and make sure you coordinate your outfits with your shoes. This way the photographs will never look outdated. BRING OPTIONS! – It is always better to have too many outfit choices than not enough.
What do I need to bring?
As well as your outfits, bring any props or personal items you would like to be photographed with to make your photographs unique to you. We are always open to your ideas and making the shoot as personal to you as possible.
Also bring with you a form of ID and any means of payment you need to purchase any extra images as all sales are done on the day of your shoot.
Should I wear false tan?
Please don’t spray tan/self tan! Your natural skin will photograph best but do remember to moisturize. The last thing you want is patchy skin and orange palms.
What will my photoshoot include?
Your photoshoot will include an hour hair and makeup appointment with our professional makeup artist who will decide with you what style is going to look best on camera to match your outfits. For modeling portfolios we recommend that hair and make-up is kept minimal and natural as this is how agencies will want to see you and not with dramatic heavy make-up.
You will then spend an hour in the studio with our professional female photographer who will choose backgrounds and fully guide you through the shoot, directing you in flattering poses to get the most amazing images.
The images are retouched to your personal preference throughout the session, and after your photoshoot you will see all of your gorgeous images on the big screen and choose how you would like to take them home! Your viewing consultant will guide you through all of our products and we will help you choose the best options for you!
How can I pay for extra images?
You are more than welcome to pay on the day via cash or card. If you want to take advantage of our interest free monthly payment plans then all that is required is a 25% deposit on the day to secure your order. You will be required to fill out a finance application so please bring a valid form of ID and your bank account details to set up your direct debit.
